HL Pro Tools Review: Is it worth it for your agency?
We priced every plan, bought the competitors' numbers off their own pricing pages, and ran the per-client math. HL Pro Tools came out on top in 11 of 12 categories. Here is the full breakdown, with the one thing to plan around.
From $197/mo · No contracts · No setup fee · Cancel any month
Buy it. Then pick the plan for the client count you'll have in six months.
HL Pro Tools is the only white-label HighLevel provider that ships a 24/7 branded desk and the agency toolkit around it: theme builder, guided tours, a 1,000-article knowledge base, snapshots, sales assets, and ten-plus coaching calls a week. Price the same package from Extendly or Growthable and HL Pro Tools costs less at every client count we tested.
One thing to plan around: VIP covers ten clients, then Elite takes over at $997 for unlimited. If you're at eight or nine today, budget for Elite now. It is still the cheapest unlimited package on the market once you count what's in it.
Three real options. One clear winner.
Every agency reselling HighLevel ends up shortlisting the same three providers. We scored them on the desk itself, what's bundled with it, onboarding, pricing structure, and proof.
1stHL Pro Tools
A 24/7 branded desk on chat, tickets, phone, and Zoom, plus the entire agency toolkit and daily coaching. Founded and run by Matt Deseno in Denver, with a team across 19 US states and 9 countries.

- 24/7 live chat, under-a-minute first response claim
- Done-for-you 2-call onboarding, priced per client
- No phone support line
- Theme builder and coaching not bundled with support
- Five price steps; $999 at unlimited
3rdGrowthable

- Onboarding metered by the hour, $50 to $100/hr after
- No published response-time SLA
Not a help desk. An operations department you rent.
When you resell HighLevel, HighLevel supports you, not your clients. Every "how do I fix my calendar" lands on you. HL Pro Tools puts three teams between your clients and your inbox, and hands you the toolkit to sell and onboard faster.

Your clients get answers in minutes, under your brand.
- Live chat, tickets, phone, and Zoom screen-shares, 24/7
- A per-agency playbook so agents know your snapshot and your quirks
- Anything outside HighLevel gets a scripted handoff back to you
- Team across 19 US states and 9 countries, so nights and weekends are covered

The tools competitors sell separately come in the box.
- Theme Builder to skin your SaaS without touching CSS
- Interactive guided tours and a 1,000+ article white-label knowledge base
- Brandable demo video and slide deck modeled on HighLevel's own
- The OG SaaS Snapshot, demo snapshot, and a no-code connector app
- A2P 10DLC compliance course you can hand straight to clients

New clients set up in an hour. Builds in hours, not weeks.
- Unlimited group onboarding: a 13-week program your clients attend, included from VIP
- 1:1 onboarding calls on video, five a month included on Elite
- Done-for-you A2P registrations, four a month included on Elite
- Projects team for automations, funnels, and campaigns; average funnel build 4 hours
- 40+ niche snapshots and custom build requests on Platinum

VIP stops at ten clients. Client eleven moves you to Elite. That jump looks steep on paper, but Elite adds five onboarding calls and four A2P registrations every month, which is $800 to $1,200 of labor at freelancer rates, and it's still the cheapest unlimited package in the category once you count what's included. If you're at eight or nine clients, start on Elite and skip the upgrade.
What does the HL Pro Tools package cost from anyone else?
Sticker prices lie because each vendor bundles different things. This compares the cost of the same package: a 24/7 branded desk, knowledge base widget, theme builder, guided tours, and, above ten clients, five onboarding calls and four A2P registrations a month. Slide to your client count.

Desk prices from each vendor's pricing page, September 16, 2026. HL Pro Tools: VIP $397 to 10 clients, Elite $997 above (toolkit, group onboarding, 5 calls and 4 A2P included). Extendly: $299 / $399 / $599 / $799 / $999 by sub-account tier; ExtendlyOS widget included; theme builder and tours priced at a third-party tool ($97 + $79/mo); onboarding at Extendly's published $99 per client, 5/mo; A2P included at onboarding. Growthable: Starter $549 flat plus $199 setup amortized over 12 months; widget and tours included; theme builder $97/mo third-party; onboarding 5 hours at the $100/hr overage rate; A2P included. Above 10 clients the package adds onboarding labor for every vendor; below 10 it does not. In-house is your own estimate and assumes a single shift, not 24/7.
HL Pro Tools vs Extendly vs Growthable
Same three providers, twelve things that matter when your clients are the ones sending the tickets. Green check marks the category winner.

Why it wins, and what to know before you sign.
Why it wins
- The only complete package. Desk, toolkit, onboarding, and coaching in one fee. Everyone else sells the desk and leaves you to buy the rest.
- Cheapest at every client count once you price the same package from a competitor, and about $40 per client at the VIP cap.
- Four channels, including phone. Chat, tickets, phone, and Zoom screen-shares. Extendly and Growthable have no phone line.
- Elite includes labor, not just answers. Five onboarding calls and four A2P registrations a month, every month.
- Published proof. 2m 13s average response and 96% CSAT on the vendor's own site, 600+ Google reviews, an Inc. 5000 listing, and five HighLevel awards.
- Nothing to unwind. Monthly billing, no contract, no setup fee, no per-client add-ons. Your account and data live in HighLevel and stay yours.
Know before you sign
- Ten-client cap on VIP. Client eleven means Elite. Pick the plan for where you'll be in six months.
- 1:1 onboarding calls are an Elite feature. VIP includes the group program; personal calls are pay-per-call.
- Net-new builds are quoted separately. Support fixes what breaks; the Projects team builds what's new.
- Support email sends from a neutral helpdesk domain for deliverability. Most clients never notice.
- Older landing pages show older prices. The numbers on this page are from the current checkout. Confirm there before you buy.
Three agencies that should sign up this week.
The founder stuck at the support ceiling
Three to ten clients, still answering tickets personally, growth flat because selling and supporting compete for the same hours. VIP at $397 is the clearest case in the category.
The agency about to launch SaaS mode
The demo snapshot, brandable demo video, slide deck, and theme builder are the sales kit you'd otherwise spend a month building. The coaching calls are where the SaaS playbook gets taught.
The operator at 20+ clients who wants one vendor
Elite at $997 is the cheapest unlimited package on the market once you count the onboarding calls and A2P work, and it scales to 500 clients without another line item.
Not the right fit: agencies whose entire pitch is elite technical implementation, since you'd be outsourcing the surface you sell; and anyone who needs a dedicated 20-hour-a-week VA on the base plan, which is a Growthable Enterprise or fulfillment-team purchase.
Agency owners on the desk, in their words.
Published on hlprotools.com. We picked the three that mention something specific.
"I would use this firm even if we weren't running a service and selling Go HighLevel as a software service to other people. Just for my own personal use. It's literally that valuable."

"These guys take care of all of my clients. I tend to find their support is actually much better than GoHighLevel. They respond usually within a matter of minutes."

"I have been with them for over a year now, and it has been an absolute life saver. I am able to free up my time by using their support team, which frankly is smarter than me anyways."

Questions agencies ask before signing.
How much does HL Pro Tools cost?
Core is $197 a month for the toolkit and coaching with self-serve support. VIP is $397 a month for 24/7 branded support covering up to ten clients. Elite is $997 a month for unlimited clients plus five 1:1 onboarding calls and four done-for-you A2P registrations each month. Platinum is by application. Everything bills monthly with no contract and no setup fee.
Do my clients know support is outsourced?
No. The widget, ticket desk, phone line, and Zoom calls run under your brand, and the team keeps a per-agency playbook so they answer in your context. Outbound email is sent from a neutral helpdesk domain for deliverability. Run your own tickets through it in week one so you know what your clients will experience.
Does this replace my GoHighLevel subscription?
No. It sits on top. You still pay HighLevel for the platform and sub-accounts. HL Pro Tools works with any HighLevel tier, and you do not need the $497 SaaS plan to use most of it.
Is HL Pro Tools better than Extendly or Growthable?
For most agencies, yes. It is the only one of the three that includes the theme builder, guided tours, snapshot library, group onboarding, and daily coaching with the desk. Add those to Extendly or Growthable's sticker price and HL Pro Tools costs less at every client count in the calculator above. Extendly is a good pure chat desk. Growthable is the pick if you specifically want a dedicated VA on its $2,000 tier.
Does it build funnels and automations for my clients?
Support fixes what breaks and answers how-to questions on every plan. Net-new builds go through the dedicated Projects team, scoped per project with an average funnel build of four hours, or come bundled with Platinum.
What happens if I cancel?
Your HighLevel account, sub-accounts, and data stay yours because they live in HighLevel, not with the vendor. Plans are month to month, so leaving is a billing change, not a contract exit.
How fast is support, really?
The vendor publishes a 2 minute 13 second average response time and a 96% CSAT score, with 24/7 coverage from a team across 19 US states and 9 countries. Customers on the vendor's site describe answers "within a matter of minutes." Complex automation and integration tickets take longer, as they do with any provider.
Stop being your clients' help desk.
Count your support hours this month. Price them at what your selling time is worth. Put that next to $397. For most founders past three clients, the arithmetic is not close, and no other provider gives you more for the fee.
